Kellogg’s Health Rating Is Released!

There has been a push in Australia for companies to take up the concept of Health Ratings on their packaging. Yesterday, Kellogg’s cereal joined many other brands and have officially put a health rating on their packaging.

The health rating is uses 5 stars to represent how healthy the product is (the closer to five stars, the healthier the product is). The government has given food companies four more years to comply with the star-rating scheme that provides consumers with easy access to nutritional information. After that, it may become mandatory. The Kellogg’s company took around half a year to work on this campaign.
