Auditors; people we all probably avoid after the Christmas and New Year celebrations – no one wants to know how much they spent getting presents and preparing various feasts! Before we get into the food safety aspect, a quick not from us at OnSolution – we hope you had a great break and are ready to tackle all the food safety issues that will come our way in 2016! First up for the year is our regular MONDAY WEB SEMINARS. We will kick off the year with a web seminar on how auditors use their different skills and tools to complete a food safety audit.
A Summary of Web Seminar Auditors, on which tools can we count?
Some of the most important functions that an auditor is required to fulfil include planning, collecting evidence, and reporting. These activities require skills and can be acquired with the use of series of tools that can be categorized in two major groups: those that can help the audit process to be more efficient, and those that assist with the investigation. The objective of this webinar is to review this series of tools and their use in conducting food safety audits.
