Video: Foodservice operators urged to end guide dog discrimination

A guide dog is super cute when we see one passing by us on the street. They’re so placid and obedient! But at a restaurant, people are less cordial to them. Why is this? Pets can cause many food poisoning issues and their presence can jeopardise the reputation of a restaurant. But after this week’s web seminar, you might just change your mind.

This week’s web video comes from Hospitality Magazine. This is an Australian run site that provides in-depth features that cover many subjects. These range from chef profiles, wine reviews, equipment and commercial kitchen design to food safety and POS technology.
