Garlic Bread Recalled in Aus

Garlic bread. As an avid lover of garlic bread, this news came as a shock to me. The more crispy style or the more soft style, they are all delicious. There was already talk about a shortage of garlic bread supply… but this? I do not know what to think.

It was announced that yesterday, George Weston Foods is recalling 11 types of their garlic bread products. This announcement was made after two small pieces of plastic were found in a margarine blender on January 11. Many of the recalled products are sold nationally at major retailers including Woolworths, Foodworks, IGA and Aldi. Food chains like Pizza Hut and Domino’s have also placed this menu item on hold until further notice.
